“Siren Strikes Gold: Significant Mineralisation Found at Bonanza East!

Siren Intersects Significant Mineralisation at Bonanza East Siren Resources Ltd., the Alberta-based mineral exploration and development company, has reported on its recent exploration results at their Bonanza East project. The initial drill program intersected significant intervals of mineralisation. The drilling program was part of the efforts to develop the property for production. Siren’s exploration and drilling program at Bonanza East has broadened the scope of mineralization found and its economic potential. Gold, silver, copper, zinc and lead were all found to be present in the samples collected during the drill program. The samples were analyzed with a variety of techniques, including metal analysis, petrography and trace element analysis. The drilling program uncovered thick intervals of mineralisation, with the average mineralised interval being approximately three meters. Moreover, the mineralised intervals range in ore grade from 0.50 g/t gold to 4.48 g/t gold, with an average grade of 1.59 g/t gold. Additional drilling work is currently underway to improve the understanding of this mineralisation and to further define the extent of any gold bearing structures. In addition, samples are being collected for metallurgical testing to determine the best methods of extraction. The Bonanza East project is situated on the southern portion of the Abitibi greenstone belt in central Québec and is situated approximately 27 km southeast of the town of Matagami, Québec. The project has a considerable land package of 41,686 hectares and, as of now, it has only been lightly explored. Siren Resources is optimistic about their Bonanza East project and its future potential. The mineralisation that has already been uncovered shows promise and the next steps of exploration and development should be eagerly awaited. For all those interested in mineral exploration and development in the Abitibi, the news from Siren is certainly encouraging.
